Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
My family Rui is just growing taller, so she gets up early on weekends to buy fresh pork tenderloin, boils a pot of fresh and sweet broth, fishes out all the meat and makes pork floss, and achieves multiple things with one stone

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into small pieces
-
Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cook together
-
Cook until the meat crumbs with your hands and you can take it out. The soup cooked with so much meat is so fresh and sweet, don’t waste it⊙o⊙
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the cooled meat into pieces
-
Roll the minced meat and add all the seasonings, put the bread machine in, and set it to the jam program. If one program is not dry enough, add another program. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a bread machine at home. Put it in a wok over low heat and fry it slowly until dry. Use a shovel to press it and crush the meat a little. Be sure to use a low heat. It will be easy to burn at the beginning, but it will be fine later
-
When the frying is almost done, stir it in a mixer. This will make it thinner and fluffier, and of course the taste will be much better
-
The final product is delicious. This is made for my Ruibao. It has less oil and less salt. It can be paired with porridge to make bread and snacks
-
After it is completely cooled, put it in a plastic bag and seal it in a plastic box. It can be stored in the refrigerator for one month
