Stewed Sydney Pear with Figs, North and South Apricots
Overview
Recently I have been suffering from severe internal heat and sore throat, so I stewed pear over the weekend. I asked my mother for these combinations because I don’t understand. I didn't like soup when I was a kid, but I liked it more when I grew up. I had to make it myself when I wasn't at home. This soup has a certain effect on relieving sore throat due to internal heat.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Large collection of materials
-
Cut the ribs into small pieces and blanch them with ginger slices
-
Soak the figs and apricots in cold water for a while and wash them. Cut the pear into four pieces and remove the seeds. Blanch the ribs and set aside.
-
Put all the ingredients into a stew pot and pour water until it is 90% full
-
Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Because the lid of the stew pot is too high, it has to be covered with plastic wrap. I use an electric pressure cooker. In order to prevent the stew pot from scratching the anti-stick coating of the pot, I put a layer of towel in the pot before placing the stew pot.
-
Add a little salt to taste.
-
Forget to cut the figs, they will make the stew more delicious.
