Peel and wash taro and potatoes. (I used gloves to peel taro)

Decide the amount of dishes according to the size of your own steamer and plates. Cut the hob into small pieces.

My mother made the chopped pepper (a combination of chili, wine, ginger, garlic, salt, etc.). I didn’t want it to be too spicy, so I only added a spoonful. Add some salt, vinegar, and less light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Steam over water and boil water for 20 minutes. Pour in sesame oil.
