  1. Ingredients: Strawberries, sugar oranges, white sugar, gelatine tablets.

  2. Soak gelatine sheets in cold water.

  3. Add sugar to purified water and stir to dissolve.

  4. Add soaked gelatine sheets, stir to melt and set aside.

  5. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, peel the sugar oranges and put them into the mold.
