Sweet Potato Ginger Syrup--Warm-Repelling Syrup

Sweet Potato Ginger Syrup--Warm-Repelling Syrup

Overview

Sweet potato ginger soup and rummy eggs are my favorite recipes during menstruation. They are particularly good at relieving dysmenorrhea. I also checked the relevant information and learned that brown sugar ginger water during menstruation is helpful in relieving and treating dysmenorrhea. If you have abdominal pain during menstruation or have low menstrual flow, drinking brown sugar ginger water has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect. Let’s share how to make sweet potato and ginger soup.
