Steps
-
Boil the quail eggs and remove the shells, cut the carrots and broccoli into small pieces, and prepare the shrimps. (Boil the quail eggs first, and then prepare other ingredients, so as not to waste time)
-
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a few drops of cooking oil, add carrot cubes and cook for about 1 minute.
-
Add the broccoli, blanch until green, and remove. (Because broccoli is easy to ripen, put it later)
-
Remove heads, shells and devein the shrimp, then blanch them in a pot of boiling water.
-
Peel the boiled quail eggs and cut them in half.
-
Put the quail eggs, almonds, shrimp, broccoli, and carrots into a large bowl.
-
Stir in about two tablespoons of the Kewpie Caesar Salad dressing.
-
Mix gently and serve.
