Healthy Bean Curd and Ginkgo Porridge
Overview
Do people really want to go back to the past when they reach a certain age, and old memories will suddenly be renovated? Recently, I have been thinking about a smell. It is a memory that has been locked in my heart for more than 10 years and has never been opened. Recently, it opened the page on its own, making me miss this smell in particular and think of beautiful and happy times. When I was young, my parents were busy at work and didn't have much time to take care of us. Whenever I had a holiday, I would finish my homework in the shortest possible time and take my sister to walk to my grandma's house. Grandma's house was in the next town. The road was not very far. I could get there by a small road or a big road. We always walked on a small road, passing through several villages and going through fields several times. On the road we played, picked wild flowers, and rested under the trees when we were tired. It took about 4-5 hours to reach my grandma's house. When it arrives, grandma will immediately ask if you have eaten? We would all say in unison that we had eaten. Dad, does mom know you are coming? You know, we told them all. In fact, we sneaked to our grandma's house secretly every time, just because we didn't want her to worry. Grandma knew that we hadn't eaten, so she didn't expose us and always gave us something to eat. The next day, our father would come over from home and give us a lecture. We also patiently and seriously admitted our mistakes and promised not to do this next time. In the morning, my grandma would get up early to make breakfast for us. She would cook a big pot of porridge, then go to the market to buy some pineapple bread or fried dough sticks and bring it back to us to eat with the porridge. I like this porridge very much. It contains yuba and ginkgo. The yuba and ginkgo are cooked very glutinous. I especially like to eat it. I keep thinking about this smell recently. I miss my grandma and want to eat the yuba and ginkgo porridge she made, but I can no longer see her, and she can no longer cook porridge for me. Haha, I can’t write any more. I couldn’t help but shed tears, so I only wrote here.
