Cut the tofu skin and put the ham sausage on it.

Roll up.

Use a toothpick to prick evenly.

Cut evenly from the center of the toothpick.

Preheat the electric pan with oil and add the cut tofu skin rolls.

Fry until golden brown on both sides. (medium heat) Serve out.

Leave some oil in the pot, add chili powder, cumin powder, white sesame seeds, and light soy sauce.

Pour in the fried tofu skin rolls and stir. If it is too dry, add appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Serve on a plate and eat.
