  2. Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, then marinate them with salt, soy sauce, and sugar for an hour to add flavor.

  3. Mix the soaked glutinous rice and pork ribs evenly.

  4. Take a shallow plate, spread out the mixed glutinous rice ribs and level it.

  5. Steam in a pot over water. After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
