Overview
Occasionally one day I saw someone on TV teaching how to make steamed pork ribs with glutinous rice, and my mouth watered all over the floor. I bought the materials and started making it at home. Unexpectedly, it was a success the first time, and my dad praised it again and again!

Soak the glutinous rice in water beforehand. (It is best to soak for one night, but at least two hours)

Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, then marinate them with salt, soy sauce, and sugar for an hour to add flavor.

Mix the soaked glutinous rice and pork ribs evenly.

Take a shallow plate, spread out the mixed glutinous rice ribs and level it.

Steam in a pot over water. After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
