Steam the pumpkin in a steamer and set aside. (Generally, cut into pieces and steam for 20 minutes after boiling water)

Sift in flour, add milk powder, add yeast

Start the kneading program of the bread machine and knead the dough for 20 minutes, then start the bread rising program. It will be ready after 90 minutes

Take out the dough and knead it evenly to relax

Divide the dough into 3 pieces, knead well and let rest for 5 minutes

Roll each dough ball into an oval shape

Then roll it out into a long strip, as wide as the toast mold, and roll it up

Put it into the toast box and let it ferment for the second time

Secondary fermentation 7 minutes full

Place in the preheated oven, middle and lower layers, 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for about 30 minutes
