Spicy glutinous rice cake crucian carp
Overview
Ciba fish, as it is called in our hometown, is a method of marinating the fish with salt, drying it in the sun for a few hours, and then frying it in a pan. The fish produced by this method is more delicious, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It is especially suitable for accompanying wine and rice. Generally, grass carp or crucian carp is used more often.
