Hand cucumber
Overview
I went to the countryside in the afternoon and picked 2 cucumbers, which are pure natural green foods. I planned to make cucumbers at home to eat in the evening. After I finished photographing the cucumbers with my knife and cutting them with the roller blade, I remembered that I should take a photo.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a knife to cut off the tail, use a knife to fluff the cucumber, cut it into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir
-
Pour a tablespoon of light soy sauce into a bowl and stir
-
Pour another 2 tablespoons of aged vinegar and stir
-
Add a little more sugar and stir
-
Add another tablespoon of dried chili powder without stirring
-
Chopped garlic
-
Pour the minced garlic into the bowl without stirring
-
Prepare an appropriate amount of oil, turn on high heat, and when you watch the oil smoke, turn off the heat, count silently for 3 times, and quickly pour it into a bowl. At this time, you can hear a "magnetic" sound (if you don't count silently for 3 times, the minced pepper and garlic will burn; if you don't hear the "magnetic" sound, it means the oil is not warm enough)
-
Stir evenly and pour in a little sesame oil (more fragrant)
-
I tasted it and felt it wasn’t spicy enough, so I added in the chopped pink pepper (actually it would have been very spicy if I didn’t add it, because it gets more flavorful as time goes by)
-
Prepare to cut the hearts of cherry tomatoes, and cut the upper end diagonally into thirds
-
Cut the remaining two thirds into the middle
-
Make a heart shape
-
Pour the cucumber water into a bowl, put the cucumbers on a plate, arrange them in 7 heart shapes, and decorate them with cherry tomatoes in the middle (cut 3 knives vertically without cutting to the bottom)
