Steps

  1. Chop garlic, onion, parsley leaves and red pepper into small pieces and set aside

  2. Pour butter into a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté, add mussels, parsley and chili and sauté, add a little salt and white wine, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
