Prepare ingredients.

Dice tomatoes, slice ham and set aside.

Boil the udon noodles in boiling water for about a minute, then remove and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add tomatoes and fry them first to make red soup.

Add udon noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
