Pistachio Honey Shortbread
Overview
A low-oil biscuit, the green of the pistachio and the yellow of the dough complement each other. If you think about it carefully, if it were replaced with other nuts, it probably wouldn't be so brilliant. I almost went shopping for raw pistachios because of the green color. It was only a little bit short, but in the end I settled for the next best thing and bought back a small amount of ripe fruit just for baking this time. Most of Mr. Meng’s dim sum are cooked at different temperatures for the upper and lower fires. However, Baked Dove has no way to set the upper and lower fire separately, so it has to take an intermediate value. The first two times I baked Dove at a fixed temperature, I basically baked it on time and the quality was pretty good. This time, set the temperature to the midpoint, set the time to 25 minutes, preheat for 3-5 minutes, and bake for 20 minutes. However, this time I didn’t dare to wait until END was released again. I counted down to the last 5 minutes and saw that the quality was good. I didn’t dare to continue and released it quickly. . . Don’t be afraid of ten thousand, just be afraid of what happens. .
