Almond Salad Diced Bread
Overview
Recently, I am keen on making breads of various flavors and shapes. It is all about the various inspirations that salad dressing gives me. This bread looks a lot like sliced cake. I spread salad dressing on the surface of the bread and sprinkled with chopped almonds to give this bread a unique taste. It tastes very layered. Due to the special nature of this bread, it is recommended to use Kewpie's sweet salad dressing when choosing salad dressing. It will be more coordinated together.

Just stir until it reaches the expansion stage, then place the dough in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. Press it in with your hands. If it does not shrink or sink, it means it is ready

Put it into the baking pan and slowly open it with your hands. Use a spatula to evenly spread the salad dressing on the dough and smooth the surface

Then put it in the oven for a final fermentation of 20 minutes

After fermentation, use a fork to make small holes evenly in the dough to prevent the bread from swelling

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the bread is golden brown for 20 minutes (you can adjust the temperature according to your own oven)
