Scallops, a fresh but not fishy way
Overview
Many people like scallops. If you want to make delicious steamed scallops, you need some tricks! ! ! I don’t like eating ginger too much, but I also like eating fresh shellfish, so I slowly developed the habit of eating it myself

-
Chop the garlic into mince, you can mince it more finely than mine! ! ! Half a piece of ginger. You need to chop the ginger into small pieces. If you don’t mind the trouble, you can make it into ginger juice (I forgot to take a picture). Ginger is the most important thing. You need to put the minced ginger first, making sure there is enough for each one! ! ! (If using ginger juice, just apply evenly with a brush)
-
Pour ginger juice on each one, mince the garlic, add soy sauce, oil, and peanut oil and mix thoroughly (someone directly put the coriander in for me, so I had to put it in first. You can steam it in the pot for five minutes before adding the coriander)
-
A spoonful of minced garlic seasoning for one scallop
-
Steam it in a pot for 10-15 minutes. (You can let the coriander steam for another five minutes before adding it in!!! If you think the steaming water will be too much, you can use the microwave to cook it directly!!!

Get out of the pot! ! ! So delicious! ! !
