Overview
It’s so refreshing to have a plate of cold noodles on a hot summer day! However, the hygienic conditions sold outside are really unsatisfactory. For the health of yourself and your family, you still have to do it yourself and have enough food and clothing.

Rinse the rice and soak it in water for a day

Pour the soaked rice together with the soaking water into a food processor and stir to form rice paste

Pour the mixed rice paste into a container and you can use it to make rice wrapper

Take a flat plate, brush it with a thin layer of oil and scoop out a spoonful of rice paste

Steaming

It will take about 2-3 minutes for the rice skin to bubble up and it will be steamed

Take it out and place it on a plate. Brush a layer of oil between each piece of rice skin to prevent it from sticking to each other

Cut them one by one when eating
