Overview
Red lees are the leftover lees left over from the brewing of green and red wine by locals in Fujian. It is actually a waste product that can be used to make chicken, fish and meat, which are particularly fragrant.

Prepare the ingredients and cut the white radish into shreds.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and red glutinous rice, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. The fire should not be too high, otherwise the red lees will burn easily.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

When the radish is cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.

Stir well and sprinkle some chopped green onion before serving.

Finished product. It looks particularly red when photographed under the light, fragrant and crispy, and especially delicious.
