Prepare materials, puff pastry 4*3 (a set of four layers) bacon, eggs, cheese.

Beat an egg with a little salt and pour it into a non-stick pan until cooked.

Shred the egg pancake

Shred the bacon and cheese as well.

Beat another egg and set aside

Chop green onions.

Four layers of puff pastry, divided into two. Place bacon, egg pancake, cheese, chopped green onion on the left side, roll them up, do this for a total of 6 pieces.

Seal with egg wash, brush the surface of the puff pastry with egg wash, place on a baking sheet, and brush with tin foil paper with a layer of oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
