Clean the radish tassel.

Smash the garlic and chop the radish into sections (it is very tender, so there is no need to blanch it).

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, turn to high heat, add radish leaves and stir-fry, add salt and oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
