Carrot and Beef Porridge

Grate the carrots with a grater.

Chop the soaked ginger into fine pieces.

The beef was minced and Cun'er used the minced meat. Add white pepper, cooking wine, salt, soaked ginger and lemon juice to the beef filling, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes. (You can squeeze juice from fresh lemons or use finished fruit juice directly. It is mainly used to remove the fishy smell of the beef and add flavor.
