Main and auxiliary ingredients: Braised pork, lentils. Pick and wash the lentils, and chop green onions.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion.

Add lentils. Stir-fry repeatedly until the lentils change color.

Add braised pork.

Stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring during this period to make it evenly cooked.

Cook until the lentils are cooked and the juice is reduced over high heat.
