Prepare pork belly (I used 250 grams)

Red milk, five-flavor steamed pork powder

Add an appropriate amount of white sugar, half a piece of fermented bean curd, more red milk, and an appropriate amount of salt (salt can be omitted, depending on the saltiness of the fermented bean curd) and mix well

Add steamed pork powder and mix into dry powder (do not add water, mix all the fermented bean curd juice thoroughly)

Place each piece on the plate

Pour cold water into the stew pot and let it cook for 1.5 hours (the 2-hour number on the stew pot is not a reference. My stew pot only has half an hour, 2 hours, and 5 hours)
