Garlic Scallops
Overview
The proprietress of the restaurant gave me some fresh scallops and a bowl of seasoned garlic sauce for me to pack. When I got home, I washed the scallops and put them in the soaked vermicelli, then added the garlic sauce and baked them in the oven.

Fresh scallops, watching the workers cut the scallops into two pieces.

Fried garlic sauce. (The minced garlic is deep-fried, and seasonings such as salt, light soy sauce, and honey are added during this process.) I was too embarrassed to stand too close to the kitchen, so I couldn’t see clearly.

Clean the scallops one by one.

Put the soaked vermicelli on top.

Add a spoonful of garlic sauce.

Add garlic paste one by one.

Oven at 190°, heat up and down, about 12 minutes.

The fragrant scallops are out of the oven.
