Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.

Sauté the curry paste in base oil.

Add chicken wings and potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in water (about 200ml) and coconut milk that cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
