1. 1 Cut eggplant into thin strips

3. 3 Slice garlic, cut chilies into rings, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to make the sauce

   

4. 4 Soak the fried eggplant in the juice for about 8 minutes to absorb the flavor, then sprinkle with coriander
