Received instructions to make biscuits, Junzhi's grape soufflé. This time I decided not to be lazy and honestly shape and cut into pieces. Prepare materials

Soften butter at room temperature, add milk powder and fine sugar

Beat with a whisk until fluffy

Add eggs gradually

Beat separately until completely combined

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix well

Pour in raisins

Knead into dough

Place it on the counter and roll it into a 1cm thick piece

Cut off uneven edges

Cut into 4X3cm long cubes

Place on baking sheet

Brush the surface with egg yolk

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 15 minutes

The surface is golden brown
