Stir-fried green beans
Overview
This was my favorite dish in the past. I would order it every time. Now that my health is failing, I rarely eat it. Today I saw that the green beans sold in the market were good, so I tried to make them. My husband said it was so delicious, just like the ones sold outside for a dime!

Today's beans are especially tender! Wash the beans first!

I blanch the beans in water before frying them so they cook easier!

Fry the beans until they become wrinkled, use low heat!
