Crown Bread
Overview
The bread I made today uses the one-fermentation method. The baked bread is soft and sweet. It feels the same as the one made by two-fermentation, but it saves a lot of time. The reason why it is called crown bread is because it looks like a crown hat. When I took the picture of the finished product, I didn’t have the heart to take it apart. I felt good about myself.
