Put the milk in the microwave and turn it to warm, pour in the salt and brown sugar and stir until it melts.

Slowly pour the milk into the flour in batches, then pour in the camellia seed oil. Knead the flour into a catkin shape and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Knead the dough into a long strip and cut into small sections.

Take a small piece of cut dough, roll it into a long strip, fold the two ends together, and twist into a spiral shape.

Repeat the previous step.
