Nut Butter Cookies
Overview
Nut butter cookies have a sweet and crunchy texture. When you take a bite, the aroma of chopped nuts and butter lingers between your lips and teeth. It’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating it!

Soften the butter in advance and add powdered sugar.

Use a whisk to beat the butter until it becomes fluffy and light in color.

Add whole egg liquid and beat well.

Sift in the flour, add almond powder and salt.

Nuts, I used walnuts, almonds, and cashews.

Finely chop the nuts.

Mix the chopped nuts into the butter batter and mix well.

Place the batter on plastic wrap and shape into a long strip with your hands. Place in the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze for 1 hour.

Cut the frozen dough into 0.6cm thick slices. Personally, I feel that freezing it for an hour is just right. It won’t fall apart when cut, and it won’t freeze too hard.

Arrange cookie sheets on a nonstick baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.

Bake until the biscuits are golden brown and take out.
