Cut the squid into strips

Blanch the cut squid with water

While the squid is blanching, dice the peppers, cut the ginger and garlic into slices and set aside

Pour in a little oil, wait until the oil boils, turn to low heat, add the reserved ginger, garlic and chili pepper (the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the garlic will burn easily)
