Vegetarian Fried Noodles
Overview
Ever since I got a noodle press, I have been using it to press noodles and eat them. This time I want to eat them in a different way - stir-fried noodles. In fact, speaking of this fried noodles, it is not a new way to eat it. It is sold in supermarkets and roadside stalls. However, people are always worried about the hygiene of the ones sold outside, so it is better to make it at home, which makes it safer to eat.
