Have all ingredients ready.

Wash the parsley and cut it into sections (the leaves are just as delicious if you don’t waste them). Cut the king oyster mushrooms into thick slices of about 1.5cm (but don’t cut them too thin, otherwise they will become tough and not have that meaty texture).

Heat a small amount of corn oil in a pan, put the sliced mushrooms into the pan and fry slowly over low heat.

Water will come out in the middle, and when one side is cooked, turn over to the other side.

Fry both sides until translucent and add parsley segments.

Turn to medium heat and fry the parsley for about a minute.

After putting it on the plate, drizzle it with kewpie salad sauce and roast the sesame flavor to complete it.
