Because I'm losing weight but can't control my mouth, I use cereals instead. The ratio of flour to purple rice flour is 1:2.

  1. Start eating and finish. You can make whatever fillings you want for the finished product. I used fennel, egg, yeast powder, flour, and purple rice flour. Put them together in a basin with an appropriate amount of water. Knead them into a smooth dough and ferment it until it doubles in size. Divide it into equal parts.

  2. The filling can be determined according to your own preferences. I used fennel eggs and wrapped them in the pot. Steam for ten minutes and remove from the pot.
