Overview
Pears have the functions of moistening the lungs and clearing dryness, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, nourishing blood and promoting muscle growth. The ingredients are very simple, soak the pears in salt and wash them.

Cut into thick slices and core out the pear.

Arrange the pear slices on a plate and steam until cooked. It will be cooked in about ten minutes after the water boils.

Take the bottom layer of pear slices and squeeze a circle of salad dressing on them. Arrange the pear slices and squeeze the salad dressing in the order in which they were cut.
