Gumbo

Overview

I happened to have okra today, so I made a simple okra soup to cool down and dispel the heat.

Wash the okra and cut into sections.
After the water in the pot boils, add the okra.
After a minute or two, turn off the heat and pour in the salt.
Finally, put it into a bowl, and the delicious and simple gumbo soup is completed.
