  1. Chocolate cupcakes hollowed out in the middle.

  2. Melt 15 grams of whipping cream and 15 grams of chocolate to make a dry noodle and set aside.

  3. Add sugar to the whipped cream.

  4. Pour in 12 grams of prepared ganache.

  5. Beat the egg with a whisk until it reaches the state shown in the picture.

  6. Put into piping bag.

  7. Pipe into center of cupcake.

  8. Flatten the surface.

  9. Sift a layer of cocoa powder.

  10. The chocolate liquid squeezes out patterns on the surface.

  11. Done.

  12. It tastes better after being chilled.
