Soak 500g yellow peas in water for more than 4 hours

Pour the peas and water into the pot and cook for about 20 minutes

Pour the cooked peas into a blender and puree them

Add 30g white sugar to the pea puree and beat again

Put rock sugar in a pan, turn on low heat and simmer the sugar

Add the beaten bean paste into the pan and stir-fry continuously until the bean paste and sugar are completely combined and the bean paste becomes very sticky, then turn off the heat

Pour the fried pea puree into a container, smooth and compact it (no need to grease the container, the peas will not stick to the container)

Put it in the refrigerator to solidify, about 4 hours. When pouring, seal the mouth of the container with plastic wrap, turn it over and shake it a few times

Cut into pieces and serve
