Remove the bones from the chicken legs, add minced garlic, cooking wine, salt and white pepper and marinate for 2 hours.

Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey into a bowl, add half a bowl of water, mix well and set aside.

Place the chicken skin side down in a non-stick pan and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened. Cut the chicken into pieces and pour in the sauce.
