Soak the tofu in salt water for twenty minutes, then cut into small pieces and fry in a pan.

Fry the tofu until both sides are slightly brown and then assemble it. If you like it more flavorful, sprinkle some salt when frying. Don’t make it too salty

Dice the tomatoes and fry them in a pan. Sprinkle some water when you see that there is not much water in them.

Wait until the tomatoes produce red juice, add an appropriate amount of water (just soaked) and simmer, mashing while simmering.

When the water content is only about half, add two tablespoons of sugar and continue pounding.

After the sugar is completely dissolved, add the tofu and salt (if you have already added salt when frying the tofu, you do not need to add salt), stir-fry, stir-fry a little to avoid breaking it, and the taste will be more uniform, stir-fry evenly to reduce the juice, and then put it on a plate.
