Mango toast pie
Overview
You can still eat mangoes like this. This method seems to be mostly used on bananas. Banana toast pie, bananas are wrapped in toast and fried. Why not use mango? Because mangoes brown? Wrapped in toast, no one knows what it looks like until you bite it open. Will it turn black? Or, because of the toast wrapping, the mango will not change at all? Why can’t I see any mango toast pie? If you make one yourself, you may understand why. In fact, eating mangoes like this is not bad. After biting into them, the color of the mango is still very good, but it may not be as sweet as a banana. . . .

Ingredients: 3 slices of toast, 1 egg, appropriate amount of mango and oil

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Trim the toast and set aside.

Cut the mango into small slices and set aside.

Take a piece of toast and spread the mango on half of the toast, leaving an edge.

Fold the other half of the toast to completely cover the mango.

Use chopsticks to compact the joints on three sides.

Do it all.

Heat the pot and brush it with a little oil

Put the wrapped toast into the egg mixture and coat completely with the egg mixture.

Put it in the pot, fry over low heat, fry one side, then flip and fry the other side.

When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and serve hot.
