  1. Cut the pig's trotters into pieces and soak them for more than two hours

  2. Soak the soybeans all morning or overnight

  3. Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker, add the sauce, add water to cover the ingredients, press the pig's trotter button, when done, transfer to the wok, preferably a casserole

  4. Collect the juice and make the soup rich

  5. Serve on a plate.
