  1. Shred the king oyster mushroom.

  2. Shred green peppers and carrots, mince ginger and garlic.

  3. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and corn oil to the shredded pork, mix well, and marinate for a while.

  4. Heat oil in the pot (not too much oil), add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

  5. Fry until soft and set aside.

  6. Brush the pot, heat oil again, add minced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

  7. Add the shredded pork and fry until it changes color.

  8. Add carrot shreds and fry for a few times.

  9. Sauté the soft king oyster mushrooms.

  10. Add shredded green pepper.

  11. A little salt, light soy sauce, and chicken essence.

  12. Stir fry evenly and serve.
