Preparation: soak and wash the mustard greens.

Today I chose pork ribs, the meat is tender and smooth after being cooked in soup.

First blanch the pork bones for 3 minutes.

Take it out and clean it.

Cut a few slices of ginger.

Put the pork bones and ginger into a pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water for 20 minutes.

This is the soup after simmering for 20 minutes.

Cut the mustard greens into long sections.

Put it into the pork bone soup and simmer over high heat for about 10 minutes. Adjust the time according to your preferred softness.

Just add some salt.
