Lotus root and pork bone soup
Overview
You should choose lotus roots with larger sections to make the soup more delicious and pinker. Do not choose small sections for soup. This soup should have some peanuts.

Steps
-
For lotus roots, you should choose those with larger sections, so they are more delicious and pinker. Wash and peel.
-
Wash the pork bones and set aside (the splashing part is omitted)
-
Cut the washed lotus roots and put it in the pressure cooker. I also added an appropriate amount of pork belly (you can decide according to your preference, or you can leave it out. I think it will taste better if you add pork.)
-
Boil the pork bones and peanuts in a pressure cooker until the white foam boils, then add the lotus roots and pork and cook.
-
I chose an electric pressure cooker, so it is faster (it takes half an hour to forty-five minutes to complete) and the lotus root and pork bone soup is done. It is very simple. The lotus root that comes out of the pot is very pink. The taste is also very fragrant
