Millet and Pumpkin Porridge
Overview
Now is the season to eat pumpkins. Pumpkins contain polysaccharides, amino acids, active proteins, carotenoids and various trace elements, which can improve the body's immune function. I wash a tablespoon of millet directly in the pressure cooker. After cleaning, add half a pot of water. The thickness can be determined according to your own preferences.

Clean the pumpkin and only use a quarter of it

Remove flesh, peel and cut into thin slices.

Add pumpkin slices, cover the pot, close the valve, cook over high heat until the steam reaches steam and the valve begins to rotate, reduce the heat to low, cook for another 10 minutes, and turn off the heat.
