  1. Take the cake mat and place it under the mousse mold

  4. Since I didn’t have any coffee wine, I used a stick of Nescafe instant coffee, added a little boiling water and a little sugar to brew it, then added rum and mix well and set aside

  5. Heat the egg yolks in hot water and stir until the color turns white and thick, turn off the heat

  6. Add mascarpone cream cheese and continue to beat over hot water with a whisk until smooth and set aside

  7. Measure out 300 ml of whipping cream and put it into a stainless steel egg beater

  8. Beat until the texture is clear and semi-fluid

  11. Sprinkle the previously reserved coffee ingredients evenly on the cake body (remember to wrap the mousse circle with tin foil)
