Every time I make a cake, my son always says it tastes like tiramisu when he tries it. In this case, I will seriously try to make tiramisu within my ability!

Ingredients for preparing mousse filling
-
Since I didn’t have any coffee wine, I used a stick of Nescafe instant coffee, added a little boiling water and a little sugar to brew it, then added rum and mix well and set aside
-
Heat the egg yolks in hot water and stir until the color turns white and thick, turn off the heat
-
Add mascarpone cream cheese and continue to beat over hot water with a whisk until smooth and set aside
-
Measure out 300 ml of whipping cream and put it into a stainless steel egg beater
-
Beat until the texture is clear and semi-fluid
-
Add egg yolk cheese paste
-
Stir until smooth
-
Sprinkle the previously reserved coffee ingredients evenly on the cake body (remember to wrap the mousse circle with tin foil)
-
Small toppings are also sprinkled on top, and the small mousse cup is convenient for children to eat and control the amount
-
Pour in the smooth mousse filling
-
You can also add a piece of cake soaked in coffee on top
-
Fill them all up!
-
Wrap in foil covered with plastic wrap
-
Refrigerate it overnight, take it out, sift cocoa powder on the surface and enjoy!
