Adzuki bean and taro sugar water
Overview
If we don’t keep the taro at home, we can only find ways to eliminate it. The adzuki beans used are not red beans. The legendary red beans with various effects in removing dampness actually refer to adzuki beans and not the common red beans.

-
Wash the adzuki beans and soak them in water. If you have time, soak them overnight. If you don't have time, soak them for an hour and a half. If you want to soak it for a long time, put it in the refrigerator, especially in summer.
-
Peel and cut taro into cubes.
-
After soaking the adzuki beans, add water and cook them in an electric pressure cooker. Choose the highest setting or a slightly lower setting. If the soaking time exceeds an hour, you can lower it. If the soaking time is short, it is recommended to choose the highest setting.
-
After the adzuki beans are cooked, add the taro.
-
Just choose any setting and cook.
-
After it is cooked again, you can add an appropriate amount of rock sugar when the pot is boiling and stir evenly with your hands. If you do it too hard, the taro will rot.
